Hi all! My name is Chitra and I originally hail from Karachi, Pakistan but reside in Louisville, Kentucky now. As a pre-med student majoring in humanities, you can always find me running up and down campus to make it to my classes on time. On campus, I’m part of Princeton Bhangra (PB), Princeton Hindu Satsangam (PHS), and I research in the Princeton Neuroscience Institute.

In my free time, I enjoy spending money I don’t have to go out to eat, hoarding cookies from Murray Dodge, going on runs, and getting addicted to Netflix shows at the most inopportune times.

Favorite Courses:

  • SPA207S—This is a four-week course is offered in Spain and there’s something really amazing about learning the language in its native country. With 3 hours of class a day plus field trips every Friday with weekends free, I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in Spanish!
  • SOC223—Hustle and Hustlers: This class offers a unique perspective to look at different hustles such as drug dealing and sex workers and compare them to legal enterprises.
