Faculty engagement is a vital part of residential college life. The Faculty Advisers for first- and second-year students in the AB program and for the first-year students in the BSE program help introduce students to academic life at Princeton and navigate the undergraduate curriculum. 

Mathey's Faculty-in-Residence lives in an apartment in the Blair Hall tower and hosts programs in the college. 

In addition, Mathey has a loyal and active cohort of College Fellows who offer themselves as resources to students and to the college and who participate in a regular program of activities.
